Injector Pulse Widths?

Ok this isn't really rotary relavant (just wolf v4). I currently have a 4cyl turbo car which is running in batch injection mode. Currently it idles at 1.4ms of injector pulse width. I have been reading that most injectors aren't very stable below 1.5ms.

Now i'm going to be modding my trigger disk to run it in full sequential. And i have a couple of questions

1. Is the fuel table for the total fuel pulse width per 720degrees (as the value on the handcontroller/laptop)? Or for each injector timing event?
IE. with 1.4ms set for idle is each cylinder getting 1.4ms of fuel per complete cycle (so 0.7ms each time the injectors fire) or is it getting 2x1.4ms = 2.8ms?

It seems to me that my injection timings are very low and i dont even have very large injectors (4x400cc). The car cruises at 100kmph with 1.8-2ms of fuel.

2. When i change to full sequential do i need to multiply the whole fuel map by 2?

3. Also whats the best configuration for the 'injector pulse skip' etc considering the firing order is 1342?

Ok I think I can answer some questions with questions...

Why do you want to modify the current crank angle sensor? If the wolf can work it out now it should be happy to work out sequential injection wouldn't it???

1) In batch mode I think it is once every revolution.

2) Short answer yes.. because you only fire once every 720 degrees not 360 like in batch mode.

3) This I am not sure on but you would most likely fire each injector with a skip of 3 where say you fire No1 (only looking at No1 fueling OK)the next event is 3 we don't need fuel then 4 we don't need fuel then 2 we don't need fue,l No1 we do need fuel again. We have skipped 3 timing events 3,4,2 > Now thats my understanding..but I could be wrong Ok!!!

You could also set you skip to 1 and double fire the injectors once every 360 degrees
So for No1 again you need 1/2 the fuel, skip 3 , 4 half the fuel again, skip 2
Now Some shops do this if the injectors are too small and it gives better distribution however as you have seen it can often take you too low in duty cycle ie below 1.5ms and over works the injectors in my opinion.

My 2 cents

The trigger disk on there now only has four evenly spaced holes. It requires an extra hole after cylinder 1 as a reference so it knows which hole is which cylinder.

But rather than modding it (drilling a hole) i might just purchase one from wolf for $30 (if it fits)

i went from 440cc (7mgte injectors ) batched injection to ... 550cc (RX7 turbo injectors ) full sequential, On a Toyota 4agze , it really made it easy to get a smoother idle and a crisper in throttle response , The 440cc injectors were around 1.22 ms at idle 12%in batched injection . iam still playing with the mixtures around idle with the 550cc in full sequential , but at a guess i added around 80ms to the map in the 12% load band > 1.82ms at idle with 550cc injectors and Full sequential , i feel it is under 2 times the ms on full sequential if you are calculating your map as the time for the injector to fully open only happens Once , Any way every engine/ injector is different in the way things are mapped . if was trying to do it i would just try a full load band move,

Ah of course the delay to open the injectors. Thats why they dont like really small opening times because they end up spraying next to no fuel. I will start with 2x more and hopefully have a good afr meter and just adjust each load band accordingly.
