hey guys, if you live in stockton, i ordered some coilovers from a guy off thepartstrader and sent him 250 and then when i get them ill send him the rest, but i havent heard anything from him, left him emails and messages on his cell phone, and i haven't heard from him, im pretty sure i know the place he works or has a friend who works there, here is a map to the place let me know if youve heard of it or know where it is, or if you want to help me out, i would really appreciate it, thanks a lot guys

many people have liked my detective skills. i find **** people just pass up. i cant spend too much time on it, but i have gotten license plate numbers for a few other members on the board in spare time. this was lucky, but who knows who else screws up. I saw their ads on thepartstrader and it totally looked like a scam, if you go to their profile on paypal, it has a link to a website on a free server that shows that they totally stole the store from rx7.com and they didn't even bother to remove their RP logos from the graphics.. probably some kids.

 

the thing is they had them up on ebay and had excellent feedback so im hoping its not

plus i got the tracking number. but still haven't received anything.

guys, Im pissed as hell I ordered some seats for my FD from these dick wads. Ive lost $300 Atleast I got a box with newspaper in it! I suggest you all contact me, so we can all go to the local authorities. I dont think these guys know that it is a Felony to defraud someone using telephone lines. I have placed a formal complaint on paypal, and with the FBI internet crimes division. If anyone has and leads, let me know.

That's the third address I've seen for this guy. I'm going to drive by those addresses tomorrow or this weekend for you guys. I'm pretty sure I can borrow a digi cam for some pics also.

1. file a complaint here:

2. everyone send me your name and email address
3. let me know what name this guy used with you
4. did anyone send a money order for a real address?(or just send me the address that he gave you)
5. If you used paypal, notify them.

we all need to get together on this. If we dont get our money back, we can atleast see this sorry ******* rot in jail(internet fraud is a felony, so is using the postal service to defraud someone) We also need to find out who is hosting his website, we may be able to get some info this way. I will post some of the emails i sent him, and the emails he sent me.
