are there any meets still happening in the socal/OC area? we had that super auto toyz meet every other friday...it was usually dead but at least we had that..what happened to that anyway?..anything going on anyone? anybody?!?!

Steve...you know Dustin, right? i heard you used to make it to the CoI KINODs back in the day. we alternate from CoI to Irvine every week. This week it's in Irvine at Jeffrey and Walnut near TapEx and the Shabu Shabu place. Meets at 9ish.

Irvine, is that in the tustin market place? I'll probably be down for that.

 

There's a couple of us with rotaries and miatas...one of us (not me) has their FD running. Mine's will be up soon.

@Steve- yeah man, haven't seen you since the Turkey Run. it's not at the tustin market place. it's off the Jeffrey exit, 2 more exits down. Same parking lot you see the 99Ranch market off to the right when heading 5 south.

You missed it by 2 days. Next SoCal meet is in City of Industry. for you, take 57N to 60W, exit Azusa. It's in the mall in front of Krispy Kremes.

I think the older rotary guys are still doing their Thursday night meets too in Arcadia (i think). Check out the West section. Old belligerents meet up there.

my friend was wondering if he had a karmann ghia front end but he was too shy to ask, so i asked for him...he replied extremely sarcastically, " UHHH no." and everyone laughed (i can careless laugh at me all you want, i'll even laugh with you), but then i asked him "well what kind of front end is it then" and he acts like he's too cool to answer me or some **** so he says, just ask anyone else here, they should know about my car...lol who the f*ck does he think he is...its not like his car had a rotary in it or anything and even then, nobody should act that way, especially at a car meet
