Those buddy club seats should fit into anything. They're small and light as hell, but comfy, I sat in one at rotary extreme because they are having a sale as well.

Yeah, that chicken was pretty good. Sorry I was so late, but at least I made it this time.
We had a pretty fun drive up 9 after the meet..no cops or traffic at all. It would have been nice to weigh my car too, but my other two friends weren't into it, so we just hit the touge instead.

Maybe a little fun-run next wed after dinner would be in order.
hey, i saw you guys.. my friend and i were at the rest area over by the stop at the top... we were yelling to you guys but you guys didnt respond. oh well, some things came up yesterday but ill make it for sure next week.

jay, bring an allen wrench with you next week and i'll bring a bottle of vibratite which will keep your bolts from rattling loose again.

lol, were you rolling with a crew back then? Me and my boys use to ride down to edgies and lounge for a bit. Then hit Montague, back then that's when the hybird b16 crxs owned the night, ah... good times

I was still in high school then, and was driving around my parent's 89 camry. It's a baller mobile. I used to roll out there with my buddies who were fortunate enough to own 3000gt, m3, supra and swapped civic coupe. I just went out and watched, I only started racing myself in around 2000 when I got my widebody T2 FC, even then I was in LA at the time, so I went out to Long Beach and Ontario races a lot.

I'll be bringing some friends and a camera with me next time so we can share pics of all the hot rides that are showing up. I hope to meet more fellow rotorites at the next meet .

^sweet deal! I ran into a FD guy today, and turns out he has a couple friends with fds, so I might have just recruited 3 new rx guys for the next meet... I have to make it . We weighed our cars too. One guy with a white fd, also coincidentally named charles (my name), weighed in at 2660. The other red FD (guy named mac) with a cwest kit and scoot hood weighed in at 2760. Those were the only two I cruised with tonight. I'll be sure to run down more Fd guys if i run into them We gotta get some discounts

Aww, man. Sorry we didn't see you. It would have been cool to have another car or two along.

Hey, just so you know, the cops are like ***** at that parking lot (4-corners) after 9PM. About a month ago, at only 9:30, we were hanging out there, waiting for someone to show up from Saratoga, when we were acosted by some super-rookie-Ranger. He searched all our cars, threatened us with tickets, and was just a general ******* about the whole ordeal.

The Vista Point about a mile down 9, or even the one up 35 is much more cop-friendly.

Man, I gotta pay more attention to this part of the forum. I keep missing the meets.

BTW, know your rights. No peace officer has the right to search your vehicle. They have to have "Probable Cause," they can't do it "just 'cuz"

Yeah that is the way we all hope it would be, but here in reality police officers can basicly do whatever they want unless you have: A. Multiple witnesses that see them do the bad deed. or B. Have a video camera. A police officer can say he smells marijuana smoke from the car(even if he doesn't), then have probable cause to search it. But, not all cops abuse their power like that. In fact most cops use the "can I search your vehicle" question on almost all drivers just to gauge their response. Usually if you reply with a "no sir i'm actually in a hurry." They will leave it at that. Anyway just my 2 cents.

and if you have anything illegal you can put in the storage bins or glove box and lock it, cops cant search anything thats locked without a warrant... i think...

Wish I could of been at the meet. I doubt I can go to the next one since it's my girlfriends birthday and I don't think a car meet is the best plac3e to celebrate for her xP. Maybe in 2 weeks.

He was gnarly. He searched my friend's car, found his little bubbler, and asked us "Does anyone else have anything they want me to know about?". We all shook our heads, so he searched everyone's cars too.

I thought he was gonna arrest me when he found my herb. I was in my Miata or I might've had it locked in the damn storage bins.

We'll all tell that she's gorgeous, all at once in unison. We'll sing her a song too, just come out!

That is so damn worthless Nate, I hate cops like that. Yeah if it's locked they can't open it without a search warrant. I take it none of you had medical though? I have medical so supposedly I can carry up to 3lbs at a time on me, but who knows now with the new supreme court ruling.
