watch out for Sakura FC

I put up an Greddy Power extreme for FC3S for sale on west forum back in June.

Sakura FC (Ricky G#$%da) had offered to pay up front with paypal and pick it up that weekend.

Buyer picked up the exhaust and I knocked off and gave $20 for Gas money, in the morning of Saturday when South Korea was knocked out of the worldcup by Uruguay, I remember as the buyer picked it up right after. Buyer leaves positive rating after picking up the good, as I expect him to do.

And 4 months later, Buyer has ***** to claim a chargeback with his Credit card brings my paypal account negative.

All the evidences are here. If you do not apologize at once and drop this extortion, I'll seriously consider a fraud claim.

Considering nature of the action by the buyer, I'm inclined to think that there's more victims. If that's the case, you're seriously jepordizing your life over greed of few hundred bucks or more as you can likely be faced with criminal suit. Think smart.

Why didn't you do pick up in CA$H only, aka COD? That's weird, Paypal upfront... the new scam.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Credit card companies do allow some rediculous things to get reversed and the cc reversal through paypal is very common. I got hit for a 5k xps laptop a few years ago. Just so you know take your facts to paypal and you will get your money. You have to fight it. Do not deal with the cc company force paypal to investigate, it is part of your rights as a seller on paypal.

i don't know about hard times, this sounds like it's something he has done before and knows how to get away with it, i would go after him big time because today it was you for couple of hundred bucks, tomorrow he does this to someone for thousands and ruins someones life so since you have all the evidence go after him.

Hey guys, this is Ricky.

I've been talking to Tom (circuit theory) on facebook, and hypertec just messaged me about this thread. So basically what happened is I used my parents CC to pay for stuff on paypal as well as other stuff on other websites. When they got their statement in the mail there were erroneous charges, and my mom said it was my fault that their cc number got jacked, so she reversed all online charges. I didn't know that she reversed all the charges; I thought she only reversed the erroneous ones.

As of today, the cc company is working to reverse the chargebacks and they said that it will take 3-4 weeks for everything to clear up. Jin, Tom said that he was going to message you about all this and I'm assuming that he did so, as you haven't posted anything else up on here.

Sorry for the mix up.

As for anyone else who thinks they can do anything to me, physically, I dare you to try. PM me if you are interested and I will send you my address and all contact information. There is a difference between talking **** and doing ****, and trust, I'm the type to do ****.

Again, I'm sorry about this mix up, and yes, others have been affected by this. If anyone else has any problems, please feel free to hit me up on facebook, because I'm on there more often.

Look me up under Ricky Granada and I'll be happy to settle any disputes. I would just like to clear my name and let you guys know that I really am straight up.

I've never done anything like this before and as I said, it was a mistake on my part. When I picked up the exhaust from Jin I signed a paper stating that it was me so there would be no mix up. If I was really trying to rip him off, I wouldn't have signed anything.

This was a mix up so I don't need to come to my senses. I just stated the facts and that's that.

Ok. Who is really going to care enough about someone else's problems, to go kick another person's ***?

As I stated before, if you have a problem with me, and would like to talk to me in person, look me up on facebook or PM me for contact info.

I'm not aware of who you are talking about, all these transactions took place months ago. Please have that person contact me so we can straighten everything out.

Did that resolve anything, did you get your money back? As I stated before, I'm down to throw down with anyone. I'm not talking **** because this is the internet, I really do like to fight. Each fight is a learning experience.... you don't truely know yourself until you find out your own limits and grow from there.

Thanks for the heads-up.
I used paypal because I didn't have the cash. I picked it up in person so I could save us both the hassle of shipping a large item.
