I have been in contact with Steve Kan and he does not have anything in the future for Los Angeles.

There were some interest when I was there during 7 stock that people wanted a tuning session in April but that was not set in stone. If it is better to push back a few months, it might be worth it to aim for March/April?

I'm interested as well. Preferrably Jan/Feb time frame. One quick question.... is it required to have my own datalogit/wideband installed on the car for the tuning session? or does Steve use his own equipment?

From what I understand he has his own equipment. I stopped by Harvs Dyno in Whittier CA and they said they can do it on a saturday for $75 an hour for the people that want a dyno tune.

So it looks like we have 5 I would like to get one more if we can he needs to know by this week to lock it in for Jan. I PMed Steve Kan for a weekend in that month waiting for his response. Steve also said he will honor the 2006 dyno pricing until the end of this year new pricing is

In order to make it fair for everyone in the tuning session, below is the new tuning pricing structure.

$350 - Stock turbo up to 12psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$400 - aftermarket turbo up to 16psi of boost (pump gas only) 1 map
$450 - aftermarket turbo from 16psi - 25psi of boost (race gas and/or auxiliary injection only) 1 map
$600 - aftermarket turbo up to 25psi of boost (pump gas and race gas tune) 2 maps

By doing so, it'll allow me to gauge my time allocation to the consumer instead of rushing on those that needed more attention in the map.

Here is the estimated time frame allocated for each type of tuning.

stock turbo - 45 mins - 1.5 hrs
aftermarket turbo (pump gas) 1hr - 2.5 hrs
aftermarket turbo (race gas and/or auxiliary injection) 2 - 4hrs
aftermarket turbo (2 maps) 3-6 hrs

Steve Kan needs deposits 4 weeks in advance to schedule a flight. I am working on a date but would like to lock in the 06 pricing so how many of you will have a deposit soon?

Steve quoted: If you really need to have it done in Jan, I would say Jan 27-28 is the only time I could make it work.
