i know you get what you pay for but my clutch is slipping bad from previous owner i bought it from.

so does anyone know a good place i can get my clutch replaced at around the bay area. ive been checking around and prices go from about 450 to 675 with parts and labor, is this as cheap as it gets?also does resurfacing the flywheel always included when replacing the clutch.
