TRACK DAY: Auto Club Speedway May 29th!

I think it was $10 last time to spectate the redline event at auto club speedway. I don't think I could justify spending $20 to hang out in a garage. I'll probably pass on this one, was looking forward to a bbq.

Hey Everyone!
Great to see such enthusiasm! We'd love to have you group come out.
If we can get at least 10 cars from your group confirmed, we can take an additional $25 off each person's registration. Now, the one thing that wont' be applicable, is our Referral Program, where we pay the person who referred everyone to sign up. We can't do both. ;-)
So, with this offer in place, the prices would be:
$250 Normally (1-day)
$200 Online (1-Day)
$500 Normally (2-day)
$450 Online (2-day)
-$100 for first time 2-day registration
-$25 if we get 10 or more confirmed registrations from your group.
Total price for 1-day with discounts, would be $200 (after paying $25 membership fee)
Total price for 2-day with discounts, would be $400 (after paying for $25 membership, and $50 license fee)
If you take advantage of the $100 discount offered by WebRidesTV.com for a 2-day registration, that could lower the two day cost down to $300!!!
The way this would work is that I would need all of you to register for the event. After a minimum of 10 registrations were received, I would go back into the order, and refund $25 off each order. Each person registering would need to send me an email directly, to notify me they had registered and they are with the RX7Club group.

Sweet! Do we need 10 people total for just Saturday or can the 10 people be mixed? Example: 6 people registered for Saturday only and 4 registered for Sat & Sunday? Will those 6 people in my example receive a $25 dollar discount and can the other 4 people receive the referral program?

Dude, get over it and sign up, it will be fun and you know it. Put those 400 hp to work man!
^^ Man I wish I was driving my car that trip. I would've put the smack down on that POS. The video I took of us going up the mtn. did not turn out well... I was not able to hold the camera steady and you took off so we couldn't really see you. Oh well. I thought you had the gopro on your car, did you ever post that footage?
Questions:
-is there a way to see what cars have registered for which day (say on your website)?
-is there going to be a photog there taking/selling photos?
-is there any way you can lower the fee for non-drivers? I think $20 is too much dinero and will hamper the number of people coming out to watch. Maybe you should make it $20 to get in and give a food coupon or something with it (like a burger and a drink). I think $10-15 is more reasonable for something like this.

Redline events have always had that high fee. Speedventures has a much better spectator fee of $10. Bring your El Camino or whatever that sporty beast is and drive it on the track so you can use the $20 towards your entry!
