should be there, working on a few things but got the 7 in drivable condition.
I think I now have the largest stock mount intercooler, now I have to figure out ducting that wont **** up exit flow from the radiator:
I've also started to fabricate an intercooler cover that doubles as the top ducting. The main purpose of the cover is to make the car look stock with the aid of some edge rolling and wrinkle black powder coat.
I also have this bridge ported engine waiting to be dropped in sometime in the future.

Looking at your intercooler, looks like the one I have for sale. Too bad, you could have saved some $$. Did you see the duct that comes with the intercooler?? That solves the radiator problem I think you are talking about??
This is how it looked installed back in the day!!

I built the motor, this will be the third time building my own. This is my first time doing my own bridge port, second time porting an engine total.
As far as it looking clean I trashed my hands with degreaser as I was scrubbing parts with a toothbrush. I also got a few parts powder coated to match my wheels.
The turbo is nothing special a Garrett T04S 60-1 P-Trim. I got it real cheap so I can't complain. Shooting for 400whp on my own tune.

C-section seems easier and safer to me at least.
Here's a tip Casey, take a pocket camera that does video with you. You're not allowed to video tape due to doc malpractice issues but if you hit the video record button and then pretend your trying to get a good shot with the camera they won't know. Warning, watching this process is not for the squeamish. I can email the tape of Owens birth to break you in. LOL
Good Luck!
