Good luck with the meet today guys! Sorry I can't make it, I thought my car would still be in the shop so I committed to going to the "CARS" ministry at my church and just generally checking out the mechanical stuff of womens' cars in the community. Wish I could do both
Have fun and be safe, careful in this misty sort of weather.

ummm.... I cant think of too much that I need. do you have the cover that goes in the center between the seats (look at the pic below.)
also dp you have arm rest like you see in the pic, or the small ones like I have outlined (imagine). if you have the small ones, I need those as well.... I'll keep thinking, but I dont htink I need anything really.
your car is white right?

I spent a couple hours today to pull out my motor and am surprised at how well it was able to start this morning. Pulled of the manifold for a quick peek and I am getting coolant out the front rotor and the rear is all oily with no compression. Good news so far is that all apex seals and grooves look undamaged with the rears being unsprung and stuck down from carbon. Maybe I will get lucky and all main components will be reusable.
Rob can I use your big socket for a day.

AutoX was awesome today! During the free-runs afterwards I got down to a 60.8. That's only 1/2 second behind the instructor run. Even though I'm sure he could have done it quicker. Good seeing you guys. Can't wait until next month.

Will, are you giving the car to the junk yard, or selling it to them?
also, I have a socket for the flywheel if you want to barrow it as well. (in case Rob needs his or something, I obviously am in no big hury to get it back since i dontplan on doing any rotary flywheel removing in the next month.)

Thanks for coming Rob, Damon, Jason, Jason's dad.... it was fun having all you out there. every one of you impressed me. good times!
Rob, they are showing you ran a 56.0 witha DNF for your first run, another 56.0 for your second run, and no time for your 3rd run. I suspect they messed up someware. what were your real times? did you monitor tire pressures at all? Im not going to bother asking you setup questions, you know what your doing. your times reflect that.
down to a 60.8 Damon, not bad for hard street tires. do you have adjustable shocks on that bad boy? what did it feel like? was it pushing, was it loose? feel just right? did you monitor tire pressures at all?
Jason, next time you might want to go full stiff all the way around, lets see what that feel like. also how does it feel? same questions, loose, push? etc....
I will have pictures on my Fotki with in about an hour (say..... 9:30) click the link below to go see them. (you will have to navigate to the correct page)

to quote Jason Isley "for autocross (if you want R compounds) its Hoosier or Kumho, anything else is 3rd or worse."
if your really wanting to get into this, you need to find your class and get the tire that best fits that class. (size). either way your going to want eiter a Kumho V710 or a Hoosier A6.
