Pardon the thread jack, but at least Jaime knows what he has to keep up with now. I normally try to keep threads on track but it's not like that matters in this case... (I kid, I kid...) Anyways, I know y'all just lurk here because you've got love for our homie himeh. Oh, my car also now has a pretty trick accusump setup so hopeful I can avoid another round of "rods go boom"... Thus far I haven't exactly been a study in reliability. I never blew a rotary but I did lose a v8.
Hey Jaime, I want to see a dyno curve with 400+ come July 4th. Paint can wait. Focus on the go fast part first. We all know you've got a FD rotor key wagered on the completion date now... (though admittedly it's not like these things are ever really done).
Oh, keep looking out for the parentals interests too. You gotta keep that on good terms if you're going to pull this off. It was pretty cool of your dad to offer you the job back, don't forget that next time something goes wrong and you get to suck it up and take it.

^damn joel. you blew my car out of the water with that dyno pull...
and i can vouche, that car ******* pulls.....................
but on the more serious note,
all the motor work should be taken care of in the next 2 weeks,.
im aiming for 380RWHP at 12 psi on a gt35r.
which seems pretty achieveable after some of the research ive done..
so reaching 400 should be a breeze
and as far as paint is concerned. ima hold off till i get her running,
i still gotta find the right injectors, radiator, and thats pretty much all that im missing to get the car on the road...
so expect some reall good updates next week for sure

Thanks fellas. Back on topic...
Jaime, I found a cool trick on dent removal that might work on your rear quarterpanel:
http://www.autoblog.com/2007/05/29/v...ompressed-air/
Metal in the middle shrinks from the cold while the perimeter stays hot, metal relaxes and away it goes.

hey jaime, i got a mishimoto radiator if you want it. i had bought it and ended up pickin up a koyo. the bads: i had to grind out the tabs on it to make the fans fit, i don't believe it has any mounting tabs and no drain plug. but if you feel like makin it work for you it is just collecting dust in my garage.

Me? Building on my FC of course! The new intake tract was worth a nice little bump (before and after follow), torque was up 25 ft-lbs too.
