Sideway Sundays @ Irwindale Speedway (Monthly)

Update as of 3/8/11
Postponed event moved to 3/20/11
The following event will be on 3/27/11

This event will NOT be free anymore.
Car Show participants: $20 at gate (can bring 1 passenger along for free)
Drift participants: $80 (more info coming soon)
Spectators: $10

Event will be within the track area.
More information will be updated later on.

*As you all know, there was an issue/problem with Night-import and the organizations responsible for this event.
We have decided to start 'promoting' it once again on the forums regardless of our logo being on the official flyer or not. It came down to our family not really caring about the logo issue now, after what we've been through. We started it, and will end it. Thanks for all your support.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is an event announcement for all car owners living in CA or to those who live out of states and want to attend this event once a month.

Starting from 3/20/11, there will be an event at Irwindale Speedway and the best part is that it won't be a one time event but a MONTHLY event on the last Sunday of every month.

Car Show:
There will be a SET THEME for every month, such as Honda, VIP, Hellaflush, etc. and will be organized by Password:JDM, who will be responsible for the Car Show section. Prizes will be given every month!
*****FEES for attending Car Show

Car Show participants: $20 at gate (can bring 1 passenger along for free)
Spectators: $10

Roll-in: 8am-10am
Gates open to the public: 11am
Show ends: 5pm

Most of the event will be around the track area.

Drift:
There will be a Drifting section for Amateurs and Pros and will be organized by Adams Motorsports.
Expect to see famous drifters. (Sam Hubinette, Rhys Millen, Tanner Foust, etc.)
*Amateur Drifters will need to pay a fee to enter.

Drifter: $80

Vendors and sponsors will be at this event.

Companies/Organizations
**Adams Motorsports Park ? Troy Adams (Owner) is the organizer of this monthly event
-NOS Energy Drinks
-Bob Klein ? Operations Director of Toyota Speedway
-Eibach

There will be a 'theme' EVERY month because the event happens at the last sunday of every month. A rotary theme is possible and will be announced.
The first event, 3/20/11, will be opened to any make and model so bring ya ride!

For drifters, $80 will let you drift for a hour and a half, each run being 18-20 seconds. (3 sessions)
