I on the other hand think it would be cool, you guys are taking 5 right?
We don't have a caravan list yet but there will be one, I'll hit you up once we do so we can coorinate a time and place to meet. It's about a 12hr drive for you guys down here so we'll have to keep that in mind. I'm all for having a huge caraven down here, would make for some good pics. How many of you are planning on making that long *** drive?
And btw your cars are only faster because you don't have smog laws like cali does. lol

^ When I went down there with Alex a couple weeks back they seemed to be fine. Maybe they finished the renovations?
Anyways Nader usually organizes the official Norcal SS caravan so everyone keep your eyes peeled.

I think we had about 10 guys last year, hoping for more this year. What a few people did last year was drive down to Sacramento on Thursday, stay the night and then head out early Friday morning.
This would be our route to meet up with you guys:http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...,39.506836&z=5
And from there to the hotel in Irvine: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...,19.753418&z=6
As far as smog goes, we still have smog laws although they aren't as strict, if we live in a big city we have to pass emissions. It took me 3 months and about $300 to finally get my FC to pass emissions. It's kinda funny because I grew up in Nor*Cal pretty much all my life(I've only lived in Oregon for 4 years) and never had to deal with smog where I lived.

Yes we are taking 5, we're still working on our list as well, it should only take us 11 hours if we meet up here:http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...77&z=9&iwloc=B

I lived in Oregon for about a year, and made that I-5 drive enough times in my life lol, I always like driving it at night, seemed to go faster.

Whoa! I just got a PM from -Crash- saying he wants to fight me at seven stock! This guy is pretty angry. For someone who loves such an alternate type of engine you sure hate people with alternate lifestyles!

I'll start organizing the caravan soon. It's still a little early to get something definitive scheduled. Most likely, the caravan will follow the same schedule as we've followed for the past few years.
Watch for a thread in the future.
