Well you saw the whole part about the "charred mammal flesh" right? (BBQ) For those not interested in the "charred mammal flesh", there's still a meet with snacks and soda.

We're good there. Curator guy is bringing the grill and gas.

I'm gonna see about bringing a cooler or two with ice. (But nothing as of yet.)
cool, i have a cooler i can stuff with ice, and since we don't need coals that works, plus i'll bring the leftovers from last week, i have some plates utensils and papertowels left over
