Awesome guys.

Lets get people signed up so we know who's coming and who's bringing stuff. Please put your name on the list even if you're not planning to bring anything.

The better the information I get, the better I can plan. If you're not sure if you can make it, please put your name down with (probable) or (possible) next to it.

I got $20 from Steve and $20 from Jay to buy BBQ contributions on their behalf. They wanted dancing girls, but I don't think $40's gonna get us that far. I guess I'll just buy some food.

So I guess if you want to contribute but don't have time, you can just send some money my way and I'll take care of it. (PM me if interested.)

I'm going down to recon the FNAM tomorrow, so I'll get some final arrangements worked out and take some pictures.

Also I've got $70 in the food fund for the BBQ. (Thanks Steve, Jay, and John!) I think between the food fund and the people already pledged, we're got more than enough food. If you guys want to change up what you're bringing that's fine. Just grab the latest version of the list and change what you're bringing.

Anyone got some shade, chairs, or tables?

So, now we need three things:

1. A couple of cooks.* We we'll rotate cooks so nobody gets stranded on the grill, and we can have people cook their own specialties. (If applicable.)

2. Some designated volunteers. Mainly for directing traffic, until I remember something else. (1-3 people. Just needed for the initial roll in.)

3. Some more people to show up! Tell your friends, this is gonna be awesome. I'm grabbing some guys from my aviation maintenance class.

* Originally phrased: "A couple of people to cook"

0. Curator Steve - Grill
1. Twofer - Coke, trash bags, other logistics, more food TBD.
2. PISTON KILLA! BURGER & BUNS
3. Teddyrx2 Hotdogs & Buns

Alright talked to Curator guy. The Grill and tables are provided. There's also a nice grassy area for us to set up at.

Bring some chairs though.

What we'll do is have people come in, go straight, then turn left into the big parking lot and stage there. When we're ready to roll we can get on a side access that goes parallel to Miramar road, and then roll in from the middle.

Very low cars will have some ground clearance issues, but as long as you're not more than an inch or so below stock, it should be fine. The surface is kinda large gravel and grass.

We're going to have parking for lots of cars, 20+.
