1/8 mile Racelegal drags are this Friday (12/14) night from 6 PM to Midnight at Qualcomm Stadium. I might go to check it out. Anybody else planning on going?

Not much other 'legal' action to choose from around here in terms of drag racing. Barona isn't much better and is in the middle of the sticks.

Somthing is better than nothing IMO.

racelegal is not the only action there is around here.

theres SCCA autocrossing at qualcomn on the weekends and its free for spectators. Last weekend it was raining and they still had the event

besides everytime theres a racelegal event somebody posts a thread about it and nobody ever shows up. i've been there with my 7 a coupe of times after seeing a thread on it and nothing....

i had to park around a bunch of loud *** hondas with fart can exhausts

 

ive been out there with my all motor car and everytime they bitch and moan about my car not beeing safe , my car is certified to go 8.900 and i have a nhra license to go 7.500 but they say its unsafe **** race legal and the shitty part is i use to sponsor them they dont want me beating up on v8s that what it be

 

Ahhhhhh....NOW I understand.

Archies 8 and I rolled out there in his 8 and it was OK. F'n cold though. Wasn't great. No rotaries running but there were a chitload of 1st gen Eclipses running. Some guy out there also had a complete sleeper red turbo Dodge Colt and was just ripping the place up.
