OK guys, we have to cancell us attending... Our home sold and were moving this week end, It was supposto take place 2 weeks ago, but the lenders took forever!

Hotel Status
Good News,
One of the groups booked into the hotel for that weekend droped their room block. That means I have more rooms and can lower the rate being extended to Rotary Fest Attendees. The new rate is $89.00 plus tax. That is still a flat rate 1-2 beds for 1-4 people. You can make the reservation by calling the hotel directly.

Shaun, thank you for what you are doing. That is really making things easier for people who are driving in from out of town for Rotary Fest.
Kathy, that sucks that you guys can't make it. But I know just how much work it is to move. We moved from the East coast in '04 and then moved again from on base to off base in '05. But maybe things will go really smoothly and you might still have a chance to make it. Who knows?

Haha, its all right Ryan! Yeah, it was a little unreasonable but if you where coming to town, you know. Haha, it was a shot. But we might actually do a photo shoot before rotor fest as well so maybe i'll contact you for that. Thanks Ryan for the interest though!

Hey everyone, i'm gonna try this again. I need photographers and people who can take video footage for rotor fest itself. NOT for this thursday (6/8). So hopefully we can have an all around video of the caravan and meet on a dvd or cd along with a slideshow of the meet/caravan. If people want to volunteer for this, please let me know!
