Rotary Extreme is not a vendor....yet

Whats everybody. I miss chatting with everyone on the forum here.

I do want to chop it up but I want to make one thing clear.

Do not pm me or ask me about products and prices on this forum untill I am a paid vendor. Otherwise they will delete the thread.

Now I know this thread is being looked at, I know I have not broken the rules and I have informed my intentions in this thread.

I am here for conversations.

My friends, you know how to get ahold of me outside this forum so I do not break any rules here.

Anyways, who here is getting into time attack / togue racing. I'm not a drifter, just a grip driver as the new term is put. But I recognize that being able to control a drift is needed when your pushing your car to the limits.

Nice to see everyone again.

There is no solicitation of sale in this thread or hinting to be contacted via this forum. I am merely talking as one of the club members.

Ben

Cool, right on. I'll get an FD again. I went to 7stock 5. I had a MB 94 touring model with the full Abflug bodykit. It was crazy. I also had a T-78. I sold the car because I wanted to get serious in life. It was the worst mistake I every made. The next FD I get will just be a DD with tastefull mods like 99 twins and some other after market stuff. I really like the burn-out kit.

For my track car I will use the RX8. I wont feel too bad if I crash it vs an FD...lol

But they have a bridged ported renny with a t-60 turbo making over 470whp.

I am going to follow that persons thread and see how the motor hold up in the long run. If it's all good I'll have mine bridge ported. But I'll be using an s/c for my track car. I have only gone to Thunder Hill and Button Willow. The RX8 did well, it is a very nice all around car.

I am very happy that Time Attack is becomming more popular.

All of Highway 9, Calaveras, some back roads are very good for test and tune your car. Cant really drift on public street safely, but in the wee morning hours (like 1 am to 3 am) I often find myself alone in the zone on some winding roads. If you see mountains, head for em' because I'm sure somewhere there is a road calling for the scream of a rotary engine.

Update

Look for "Rotary Extreme Sales" as a vendor.

Man I am infatuated with hitting up the touge. One of the most extreme is Quimby to Mt. Hamilton to I-5. Its like 2 hours and an Rx7 CANNOT DO IT because of the amount of gas it takes and there are no gas stations.

We need to start a South Bay Rx7 touge club.

Yeah... San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara, and beyond like Dublin, Hayward, Fremont. Or even an entire bay area thing but I know especially with our horrible gas mileage that would be tough to organize meets.

just so you guys know I am both "rotaryextreme" and "rotary extreme sales 1"

The difference is you will have to contact "rotary extreme sales 1" for any business related questions.

Hardhitter pm "rotary extreme sales 1"

For the Time attack/Togue club, I am way down for this.

If you have problem with gas on long togue runs, just go slow and easy in the straights and go all out in the corners. Should get you through from start to finish.

Yeah the one I have in mind:
93' w/ 62k
Mazda Remain engine
Racing beat downpipe
Power FC
Fluidyne aluminum radiator
Racing beat front/rear sway bars w/ 0 miles
Tokico Illuminas and lowering springs w/ 0 miles
SSR rims w/ 0 miles
Gauges
More stuff just can't remember off the top of my head.

Will probably have it within a month. Hopefully.
Until then, no touge for me as this car is expensive and is forcing me to buy 4 tacos everyday for lunch from jack n the box just to save up for it. My anus hates me right now.
