Rotary Evolution progresss report
making a list of all the work in progress in one location for customers who are wondering about the progress of their work for me to link to:
1) Leonard's S4 13B engine overhaul;
rotors/housings/irons cleaned and prepped
rotor housings resurfaced
porting completed
all exterior parts painted
rotor parts need to be cleaned for assembly
2) MidnightblueFC's S4 13BT high compression engine overhaul;
rotors/irons/housings cleaned and prepped
rotor housings resurfaced
porting to be done today
irons still need to be painted
rotor parts need to be cleaned
3) Rickyyp's S5 13BT engine overhaul;
irons/housings cleaned and prepped
S5 turbo rebuilt
S5 turbo wastegate ported
all parts painted for assembly
rotors still need final cleaning stage due to excessive rust(jspec engine sitting with water inside)
rotor parts still need to be cleaned/replaced as most were unusable
4) rx7head's FD3S UIM/throttle body/alternator/piping polishing job;
2/3 parts polished
alternator and throttle body still need to be completed
5) CosmoTT's S4 13BT misc;
engine removed from car
still need to disassemble engine for dowel pinning/rear iron replacement
S4 rear iron bridge porting still to be completed
ignition upgrades still to be completed
6) Kerberos8's S4 13B engine warranty(all labor donated);
replacement rotor housings cleaned, painted and resurfaced
replacement S5 n/a rotor has been cleaned and ready for assembly
irons still need to be lapped
7) Sharingan19's FC3S FTP LED modification;
one housing was completed but spider cracked while in press during curing of sealant
first housing needs to be redone with another lens
second housing has insert completed but needs to be completed
jobs are listed in no particular order and are rearranged according to priority and upgraded as jobs are completed. if you feel your job is more important to be completed let me know and i will do my best to upgrade its priority, some jobs come in after others have started which is why some take longer than others as some are daily drivers, others are not.

theyll be done, he takes his time to make sure the quailty of his work is up to his standards....the fact that he takes soo much work as a one man crew is what causes the dial up speeds...im still waiting for my turbo but ill have piece of mind knowing that both engines he built for me are actually staying in my engine bay for years to come... and the turbo hes hybridizing will be just the same....

he does great work sure he might not respond right away and he might wanna work on the part/cars more then be here giving updates but just know he does the best work around and he also has to sleep so im sure he will be on when work slows down a bit for him
