hey imlookin to get into a house for the next schooling year. i would prefer it to be near ucr. any guidance on where i should look? any neighborhoods i should stay away from?

Pretty much every neighborhood within walking distance of UCR is good.

PFF, if you were old school Riverside you would have labeled it 714.

Also I keep seeing a 1st gen running around Riverside, looks clean. Waved at him a few times. Not sure if hes a member.

Was it red? I've seen that guy a few times and he always waves at me. I don't think he's a member though.
