JK, I am a contractor right now on an Joint program, and the Air Force has been consistently the hardest to please, I have nothing against the people in uniform, but some of the AF contractors and Govy's are down right stupid.

I can attest to SLO's comment about govy's, they don't really think sometimes. As far as pleasing the Air Force, I was a pretty lenient supervisor. I felt that as long as you got the job done, and done right, I've got no problems.
As far as BRAC goes for March, the first time BRAC hit, I was in 8th grade and all the active duty guys left, leaving the base a Guard/Reserve base. BRAC reared it's ugly head again this past June, eliminating the Air Guard Refueling Wing, and converting them into a Predator Wing. So a lot of people lost jobs and had to relocate. The sad part about it is that, because these people are full time Air Guardsmen, they didn't just lose a base, they lost thier jobs. Active Duty people just get sent to another base, Guard people either have to move or lose their primary means of income.
