our need for speed
I sold my FD a few years back...I feel excitement and envy when I see and FC or FD (RX8s not so much). I live with zipcar now. It's just not the same. at all. in any dimension.
That need for speed has always been there. So, I've been fighting speeding tickets for my friends and I ...I felt like its my duty to fight. I've decided to launch service to fight speeding tickets in California. I'd really like your feedback on my website. Brutal honesty would be appreciated. Please tell me what you think Speeding ticket fighters

Don't take this personal:
First of all what are your credentials? What is your approach to fighting tickets? Is it just to do a trial by declaration in hopes the cop doesn't take the time to write in? Because technically I can declare a trial by declaration and just write 'not guilty, cop mistakenly pulled the wrong person over' and if the cop fails to submit his side I automatically get a win.
As you say there are no guarantees of winning so for $199 all you do is trial by declaration. A declaration that your client doesn't even see. So IMO you need to go a step further and attend the trial in the case of getting a guilty verdict via decleration.
