Any NA 7 can maul a stock 8 with a properly ported engine/exhaust/intake. Hell, it only has 238hp.

HAHA he is one of my closest friends in CA. Here's a quick story. I am in Chicago for work 2 months ago (mid OCT) for all of OCT, and looney calls me up, " hey, so and so has a 89 t2 for sale for a grand." " Ok whats wrong with it?" " Needs the FMIC finished and a good tune. Car is worth around 5 k he said. So where is the car? Well looney had it towed to his naibors house and stored it the backyard till you can get it running. It also is sitting on 17' kiong(SP) wheels, and has spare vert wheels and a stock s4 t2 set. Also came with cheesey FMIC done from the intake back to the IC but not to the turbo,greddy elbow, XS manifold and 50mm wastegate. All I need is a bnr stage 3 or a gt35r. All for a 1000 bucks, that took me a month to pay.

I guess until you consider this; it has a warranty. I've stomped on FC's before. Driving is key. One guy gave me a thumbs down after I kicked his ***. We were at a light and I asked him what was with that? "I missed a shift!" I think people get too caught up in the image of a vehicle. Just like kids gargle my ***** everytime I drive my FD to the gym. It's just an FD... with a few select mods

 

BTW since the cat is out of the bag, he doesnt, or ever did, own a POS srt4. But SRT4 seem to be the best bait when yer trollin for noobs. HE is anti FWD!!!! HE has a POS stang he is trying to sell right now.
