check the vacuum to the brake booster and the carb since your idle's messed up only when you apply the brakes.

i checked it at the booster , that one is fine, gotta follow the hard line to where it ends. im hoping its something small like that. any other ideas?

well after further troubleshootin, the cap and rotor look a lil beat up. center carbon looks like someone took a bite out of it, and the firing tips are all white, kinda like the battery gets on the positive terminal. so tune up it is today.
