If you're going to Rotorfest check out the official thread at the top of the page, we set up a paypal so you can send money if you want some of the BBQ food.

So, how has everyone been? It's good to be home finally.

And looks like the crew that took on setting up RotorFest are seeing just how much of a headache it can be if it isn't planned far enough in advance. Hopefully it will turn out to be a good meet though.

I was sportin' my NorCal 7 shirt at Formula D today at Infineon. Their were a good amount of rotor heads out there. People coming up asking if I was going to Rotorfest, I kind of laughed inside thinking me and a few others were the ones who set it up. I also came home with a pretty good sun burn on my face

What do you guys think about Formula D and their judging, do you think their is a little tainting going on? Their were about 2 tandem runs where it was an older Japanese car going up against a new American muscle, the whole crowd could tell the Japanese car won but the judges gave it to the American car. Everyone in the crowd was booing, do you think these American companys like Dodge, Chevy, and Ford pay a little to the judges behind the scenes to give their car the edge. I mean if they win people will buy their car, no point in a 15 year old Japanese car winning if we can't buy them new.
Doubt anyones going to read this long post in this dead thread but w/e. haha

And screw you Tony, I know you're going to read my whole post in your nerdy voice for some reason. You know I have a manlier voice than you.

Yea the judging always seems to be a little iffy at those events but whatever. It's still fun to watch most of the time.

Thanks guys. It's good to be home.

Gabe, did the guys asking you about RotorFest say that they were coming?

I also wanted to know what everyone thought about wearing their NorCal7 shirts to RotorFest. That way everyone will know who is actually part of the club and who is just visiting for the meet. Like I said earlier as well, Glenn will be getting his shirt at the meet and I will have a few extras for sale there if anyone hasn't got one yet. I'm planning on having some hoodies made this fall.

haha I kind of got my shirt dirty at the event. It's in the hamper, probably going to be washed next Saturday Guess I can do a small load if we're going to wear them at the meet.

Bah, figures. I already splurged and bought a new once since I couldn't find any to rent around here. Ah well, at least I got a free heat gun with it.

If there's a medium left I'll get one. Pref black, to go with the dinnercoat.

How did that many of you not get the shirts you ordered? I know that Glenn has voiced the fact he didn't get one. But why didn't the rest of you let me know? I do have some left so the people who paid for theirs already will get first dibs and any remaining shirts will be sold.
