Hey Junpower, how about hosting it at Richard's workshop, plenty of room for parking, and we could break out a BBQ and make a party out of it.

 

I was going to visit Richard at his workshop and talk to him about that.Possibly meeting up at his shop if we have trouble with the expo center people.BBQ sounds good also.Before or after the cruise?
Plans are still up in the air but I thought of a meeting at about 3 in Emeryville at the Expo center, which is 2 minutes from Richards shop also.Possibly have it earlier (around noon12) and have a BBQ at Richard's Workshop. That sounds good to me. I'll go talk to him tomorrow.Meet up the rest of the guys at 3 unless everyone is down to come earlier for a BBQ.Dogs and burgers?!!?!Go for the cruise through the East Bay Hills and end up somewhere.Possibly meet up with the Union City crew depending on what time they meet and how late you all stay out on saturday.

I would rather totally avoid Daly city and Santa Clara county because the Popos out there just plain have nothing to do.
The east bay and SF have always been more relaxed.

Well U can still make it by 3 that's fine but if u come early you will have BBQ in your stomach.

Any volunteers on the BBQ?we cna use such items like Food, BBQ grills, plates, napkins/paper towles,utensils(plastic knives,forks,spoons)I will get the dogs and burgers + buns for both.
