When I had my 240sx no one in the club lived around this area, so I'd like to say it's nice to have people that live around here that know about rx7s. Welcome, you probably wont see me at many meets, im currently selling my RX7, which just happens to be the exact same as you'res, 91 convertable, so if you have any questions feel free to ask me anything, and I also have specific knowledge of convertable rx7's as well.

Also Icemark on this forum is a convertable rx7 guy as well, and one of the smartest guys we have on here when it comes to technical knowledge

Whats the mileage? any mods? what are you plans?

 

At least until we ogranized something with you 8 guys at least once a month.

 

It just rolled to 130k on the engine. What I plan on doing are some small things like putting in a custom air intake system and putting on a air headlight cover for the air intake. I'm currently looking at taking out 2 cats and putting in a Bonez Superflow system and probably some interior work...like speakers and possible nav....that might come first since I work at a car stereo shop . There will probably be some more stuff I will do later. Yea I'll probably have questions for sure about doing other stuff.

 

Make sure you create a box to seal out the air from the engine bay so you will have a cold air box.

It is going to be clear this weekend so I'm hope'n for a bigg turn out this week. It would be nice to see everyone show up again. I have a new guy coming this week to meet our group. Tell everyone you know that we have our rx7 meet every sat at 9pm in union City. Latey I've just been telling guys I see with rx7's in the area about the meet. See everyone Saturday.

 

Hey guys, I'm David from the 8 club. I want to set up a GoKart Meet for the rotor heads.

A Few Things:

1) Location - Lemans in Fremont or GoKartRacer in Burlingame. Please choose a location and the one with the most picks will be the place. If no one chooses, the location will be in Burlingame or it will be determined by the size our our party.

2) Cost - It will be about $50-75 per kart, so bring muula accordingly. If everyone brings and extra $5 we'll pool in and get some pizza's.

3) People - It's 10 karts per track at GKR, 15 karts per track at LeManns. So we'll start a list and let see how much it fills up. I will get more detail when people start signing up.

4) Time and date - Sunday 3/11, I was thinking around 1:30pm, not too early, not to late.

5) A deposit will be great because that will ensure no one flakes out. I don't want to head to the track all by myself. Same amout $5, paypal to: DavidDuong1@gmail.com.
