Now don't I look like the smart one for backing out early.

I hear there is still room both days for the practice on the 24th-25th. It will be on a smaller lot, so shorter course, but still a chance to get out there.

I will be there on Sat for "work", leaving the Mazda at home, but I will be driving a BMW 335i and Shelby Mustang.

Is anyone else gonna try to do the practice event on the 24-25? It sounds tempting!

fluck I just sold my Na tranny for $80 and was enough money for the practice event, but later on that night I went to Morongo casino in cabazon to play blackjack and lost all of it. It was so unlucky, everytime i had 21, the dealer would have 21 and I kept getting a pair of 8s or 16.. so unlucky.. it was on a $15 minimal bet table..

started to take the decals off the miata. It's time for a change in 09.

Here is as it sits today. the black stripes still need to come off.

here are a couple of the concepts we came up with. both are not what we are going with. (youll have to wait to see the final)

Put some giant rotary decals on it like you did on your drag FC. That should confuse the heck out of the competition.

Or make the caturday picture that says "I can has brapz?" and slap it on the side of the car.

^lol. +1 on Caturday! I say the " hang in there" cat though. JK
I think I like the first better, but the second is more original.
How about a theme, say Hawaiian or something.
Just my $.02

diamond plat w/ black border/shadow might be cool. Toughen the Miata up a little

he he.... nope. already decided on the design.

the miata is gay enough, it does not need a Hawaiian theme.

Diamond Plate FTW! Paint the hood black and go Mad Max style.

You might as well complete the theme: And don't forget to make your numbers and class ID legal size this time.

How about some Japanese anime girls plastered all over the body? I think it'd go well with you in the driver's seat Casey.

if they are doing that practice like they are a normal practice, then yes. as long as they are over 12 years old with paraental signatures.

ULLOOSE, hey now, they were ALMOST leagal on the 8. I am pretty sure the ones on the miata are legal????

they did however get mad at me cause they couldnt read the chrome. so I put a blue inline on them. that helped a lot! and it looks better.
