Need to sell my car..
I'm so sick of this car ! I really would like to go for a more fashionable looking car, perhaps an Evo IX or a new Mugen Si Civic (Open to trades)
I don't have the full mod list, but basically....

Car is stompy stompy, eats most cars alive. 130k on chassis and never been in an accident. no leaks, no nothings, just runs like hot fire, stays cool as ice (81 celsius on PFC water temp, never bumps up), turbo pulls hard and it's reliable.
These are only half the mods I actually have, can't really remember all of it right now.
Just looking for something new .... First 9,999 takes it.

Damn clean car, damn good seller, this is a STEAL. I really hate to see it go man, but GL with the sale. If I come up with a random ten g's I'll give you a call.

Price is about right. I knew the previous owner of this car, it was completely totaled. They had to get another front clip off another FD and weld it all back in. Last compression test that Yoshi did showed the rear rotor was showing signs of weakness too. You might want to lower the price a bit more.
