I will be leaving friday night from Torrance.. around 8pm ish..

Also if anyone has a trailer I could rent.. Thinking of towing the car out there incase something breakes.. but don't like those U-haul units as there all beat up already.

Berny, Is there any news on getting a group discount at the buttonwillow INN?

Sure thing. I need to leave a later than 8pm though. I work in North Hollywood and I can't bring my SUV + trailer to work (parking structure wont allow for it without banging up a bunch of cars ) and leave from here so I'll have to head back to Torrance first and pick up the car.

I need to find a trailer too.

i will either be leaving from long beach, or from mahattan beach. a this point i have two other cars with me. maybe we can get a meeting spot going in the south bay area. i know the costco off the 405 at rosecrans has a very generous sized parking lot, and is close to the freeway.

For trailers check out United Rentals, they have some okay trailers that are lighter and less beat when I was renting a trailer back in 99............

U-hauls are real real heavy and the ramps are short, steep, and not air-dam friendly.. Never tried Penske trailers but worth a look. Wish I had my trailer down here to loan u guys, unfortunately it's on the other side of the state.

I'm really sorry about your car...I can't immagine how I would feel if that happened to me. I really hope insurance covers it.

Just beat the **** out of your mazda3, and pretend its the FD. It should still be pretty fun. I'll take you for a spin on my Super Charged FC.

Sorry about the FD, and hope the insurance doesn't screw you over.

Is the LBC in the South Bay? Im game for a caravanish type thing. Since I am not doing any track time in my rx7, there is a good chance that I will be driving my truck up there. I can fit one set of wheels/tires in the bed if anyone needs it. Ferry your wheels/tires for a ride along?

Hey Mel,

If Tokico does not follow thru, Koni adjustables are a better front strut. (assuming it is for the front). They can take the abuse and more front spring. 7sOnly sells them @ the track too..........................

Check with the mazda6 boys. Last year, we met up with them at Dennys in Sylmar (5 Freeway/Tuxford) exit.
