List of frequently recommended SF Bay Area mechanics

The RX-8 forum wasn't so informative as the RX-7 forum on good rotary mechanics in the Bay Area. I found a few mechanics/shops that were frequently mentioned. I would like to use one these places to look over an RX-8. I assume that they are still A-OK?

Ivan's Auto Palace (Sunnyvale) - cannot locate it anywhere
Mr. Mazda (Campbell)
PR Motorports (Hayward)
Ricks Rotary Performance (Pleasanton)
Rotary Evolution (Yuba City)
Rotary Extreme (Fremont) - seem to be moving soon
Rotorsport (Santa Clara)

I think they'll all work, not sure about the rotary evolution though, the other five will b... wait a minute, that list only has five shops...

The other four will be fine for sure!

Yeah it keeps getting shorter...I couldn't find a listing for Ivan's Auto Palace anymore.

It also seems that Rotary Extreme in Fremont only sells parts?

Rotary Evolution will take 8s in for service, we just haven't had many in for repairs yet which is a good thing if you think about it.

I always go to Mr. Mazda and he never lets me down. Sometimes he gets really really busy so you might have to be patient sometimes but he's worth it to me.

Rotorsport in Santa Clara is awesome. Paul is really knowledgeable and does great work. I have been taking my fc there since I bought it three years ago...never had a problem.
