is it an S5? they're notorious for OMP limp mode...
can you pull any ECU codes? do you run any premix in the car?
disconnect the OMP plug and check the voltage. turn the car on, but dont start it..
plug back in, turn car off, reset ECU. start and drive - will it go
for about 15min then crap out? need some more information ...

I know s5s will go in LIMP if the OMP plug isnt plugged in. But if your egi fuse blew, Im thinking you have a short somewhere.. Maybe one of your emmisions wires is grounding out, check all your wires, even the starter wires...

just unplug ur OMP, and try somebodys omp. Just plug it in and ziptie it to somewhere and see if its still limp mode, if its fixs the problem, then its your OMP.

it was running normal before right? so If it just happened suddenly, perhaps its your ecu grounds are bad, making the secondary injectors not fireing. Take off the Upperintake manifold and check the negative ground wires from the main harness grounding to the block of your engine.. Try sanding it, so it has good conductivity..

wire brush works good if not better. don't use any extreme low grit sand paper.

hmmm..

if your EGI fuse pooped; there's probably
a weird / lack of grounding somewhere in the
car, and the result was the fuse got juiced.

I know my egi fuse popped on the freeway once and my car just stalled.. Luckily my friend had triple A. It turns out one of the emmisions plugs melted on the turbo manifold and was shorting out onto the chassis.. so yeah, check for shorts..

if the OMP was bad initially it could have taken the ecu out with it. if you changed to another OMP you could have blown that well as well. it's recommended to swap both a new ecu and omp at the same time if the codes pulled are OMP related.
