I would build my dream setup - VR, black interior FD with a streetported 13B-RE engine, remove the turbos, retrofit a Corvette intake setup, and call it a day, after some thick tires and tons of crazy suspension bits. Basically follow everything Gotham Racing did, and they got 230rwhp out of it. That sounds like my perfect car.

Since my dream car would cost less than $30,000 said and done, I'd also buy a reliable red DD RX-8, a house, pay off my parents house and car. After that, get a part time job and max out my Roth IRA for the rest of my career. With that free time, I'd love to help a local rotary shop out and learn 7's inside and out. Throw in mutual funds, both safe and aggressive, and profit like crazy when the economy comes back.

 

If I win, I will buy one of the smaller islands or move back to pinoy country where my winning will be 50X more.
