+1 on pointing fingers. we don't need all the drama in this thread. hopefully the cars will be found.

From lack of gathered information as well as the police investigation, there is a strong possibility that this was an inside job.

I find that the Glock 2007 Alarm works quite well in defending your assets. It's got anti carjacking built in!
It'll definitely keep what's yours, YOURS.
But on a serious note, there is NO foolproof way of keeping jackasses away (but 6 cars in one shot is pretty brazen), unless you never plan on taking your car anywhere. Where there is a will, there is a way (to steal your car). You can only make sure it takes them a bit longer than usual. Best bet is to keep it in a vault I guess.

I will let "Karma" pass judgement upon the thieves.

Damn sorry to hear Angelo...My name is Ryan, I've met you long time ago w/your orange 1st gen by Nanay Gloria's...
Anyways, unfortuantely we all know what the chances are of getting them back in one peice ...What we can hope for is that the ppl who are stealing cars get caught.

I am sorry to be the grey cloud here...but come on. let's be realistic here.
Like I posted before...the cars DO NOT EXIST anymore.
All this time...what a week and a half? REGULAR cars...like a CIVIC or ACCORD or CAMRY...are scrape metal by now....
now you are talking about RARE vintage rotary cars? The only way to "catch them" or get some leads is to look around for the PARTS. Look for rims being sold, engines...or other "rare" parts.
Think like the thieves...they obviously had you scoped out..they obviously knew what they wanted and how to get it...you think the cars are sitting hidden somewhere in a batcave? Man if I stole the cars...you would bet...they are a totally different color...different rims...and maybe a different interior...then I would hide it for about 3-6 months and then drive it around. You would not even recognize it.
The best course of action now is to keep your eyes and ears open for parts and people with NEW vintage rotaries around...new rolling chassis...or engine parts...or whatever. You are NOT going to find the cars.

Sorry to hear this, beautiful cars. Good news for you is that the R100 and RX-3 will always draw attention wherever they go, looking in that shape. Best of luck and I'll keep an eye out.

good news: both cars were spotted on the 10 freeway heading eastbound on a flatbed at 2AM. CHP made a stop close to towne ave exitr and got drivers licence of the tow truck driver. CHP is investigating. Towing company is "Savannah" (maybe mispelled)
bad news: still waiting for a phone call from Alhambra PD detective. watch commander still insist that it's a civil matter....WTH?
do any of you know Savannah towing?

Sweet, when I first read this thread, I was like, poor guy, it's gone forever...but wow, that's great stuff. However, not sure if finger pointing should go towards the towing company? I mean, a thief could hire the tower to move it, right?
