Hi guys, I just purchased shinchrono's 94 FD about a week ago. I need to get it smogged now (CA obviously). It's got a hi-flow cat, racing beat single tip exhaust, modded intake, Efini Y-pipe, HKS DP, and mild street port.

Visual inspection it would probably pass apart from the CEL not working. But if they put it on rollers, it won't pass for sure.

I need some help in regards to what is the minimum amount of things I need to revert to stock (short on cash at the moment), and what specifically to do on the PFC to change the PIM so I can pass. Also, maybe some help in wiring the gauge cluster so I can get the CEL working. I'm located at USC near downtown LA so if anyone would want to volunteer some of their time next week to help me with this (maybe lend me some stock parts for a day?), please PM me or something.
