are helmet rentals aviable over there?

we are in the process of getting a limited amount of loaner helmets provided by Simpson. But don't count on these, since there will only be something like 10-15 available throughout the entire day. Maybe just borrow someone elses?

can the helment just be a regular dot approved helment ? That how most d day event are ..

I just had an argument on helmets on the first page. Looks like you're out of luck if you don't have an SA rated helmet.

from what i remember they usually require SA rated helmets for track events only, and any snell rated helmets for autocross. but then again, SA helmets are for your own good.

Drift Association will be handling the tech inspections. So if you normally have a helmet that will slide with them, then you are more than welcomed to try using it at the event.

aw its all good.. Il just go to the car meet with you guys lol. Drifting is expensive anyways..Ill save my $$ I guess.. I would need to buy some extra sets of tires,studs,lugnuts,a new SA helment, and alot of GAS. Plus my buddies told me the El toro airfield asphalt eats up your tires hard.. id be killin my tires toofast..

You'll be able to park your trailer on the side. It's a BIG airfield.

Hey Chris, I was just wondering if I could have two other cars come with me and park in the 7Club area.. just some friends. It would be a hassle for them to have to wait until general admission to get in, since I would be getting in with the 7club.

how early is this cruise happening?

^didn't get a response from the autobac ppl that are on this list yet, but general entry is 9am and clubs will have early entry so if we'd leave from autobacs, I'd say 7:45 at the latest, anyone else from Carson going?

We have to be at El Toro between 7:00-8:00 am, so it should probably be sooner than that.
From Autobacs we can prob go and meet up with the Socal 7 guys at the best buy out in Tustin (If i understand correctly)
