got pulled over twice in 1 night, both within 3 hours....
i drove to richmond to eat dinner for my friends birthday. while looking for parking, i got pulled over for tinted windows and no front license plates. after eating, i was driving home, got pulled over again on taraval for no front plates and exhaust.... =(
the cop was giving me attitude, i showed him i just got a ticket, he snatched it from me, glanced at it and instead of handing it back to me, he tossed it at me!
anyone know someone that can help me get these 2 tickets signed off? it would make my day...

Uh
Yeah whenever your driving, try to stay in a bunch otherwise cops single out cars...
If your in a group of cars, less likely they'll notice issues.
What a rude cop though...

Taking my coworker Martha home one night last March, I got pulled over and ticketed at 7:00.
I got another ticket at 7:08.
This was around the Cow Palace in SF.
In both instances I was able to talk my way out of getting any moving violations. I get pulled over all the time, so I suppose I've gotten good at talking to the police.
Still it's kinda ridiculous.

You just fix the problem and find any cop to sign them off. Or you can pay more to deal with them without getting them signed off (whether you fix it or not). That's easier than trying to find a cop, I think, even with the little extra cost.
Just fix it, pay it off, and be done with it forever. None of this other BS every time you go for a drive.
You can get a front license plate bracket from any Mazda dealer. You can get new plates at the DMV. Get 4 bolts and nuts at any hardware store for the front plate, they're not included. A basic set of wrenches will handle installation. I bet tint isn't too hard to remove, try google if you're stuck. You can argue your exhaust since most are technically legal, but I'd just get a quieter one and be done with it.
