We have a choice. It's called E85 and Ethanol. After doing some research, it doesn't seem to be that difficult to convert over. Just have to buy 55 gallon drums of the stuff and fill up at home for now.

Actually, it's a great choice. We will have to tune differently and we'll get a little worse gas mileage using ethanol, but seeing as it's 1/3 to 1/4 the price of 91 octance I'd say it's worth it. And it's not like you would lose any power. You can produce the same hp on ethanol as you can on 91 or 93 octane.

That's a trip Boost'd...but it seems too far ahead in the future to be doing that from the house...since quote on quote,"...it's making it's way to both coasts now, but it's not moving very fast."
Personally, I don't think they'll ever move that stuff over here. Cali is making a zillions off of the extreme gas prices nowadays...to move that stuff here now, I 'dunno, I doubted. :smiley_12

The hippies want ethanol and E85 here. It's better for the planet and it's a renewable fuel source. You have to remember that those tree hugging **** make the laws around here. People like cool_as_crap!

E85 is the most worthless push ever. Petrol companies still have a huge stake in it because where does the Nitrogenous fertilizer come from? The haber process and where does one get hydrogen. Currently most is produced by shearing it off of petroleum compounds.
