Does anybody have a good recommendation for a shop that reconditions bumpers? I have a Red/split front bumper cover taht I want repaired and painted white.

A few years ago a good price for this was $100, Then last year it was $200, today I get two quotes. One for $450 and one for $400. Anybody got any shops to recommend?

The one I got is the red one. It has splits on the bottem were the lip is gonna go.
