If the challenge changes to who has the biggest turbo not just on an FC, then nick needs to go find a bigger turbo as the meet is being held at my diesel repair and high performance shop...
Sorry, no lamborghini for the meet.
I'd rather drive my Z to the shop for the meet rather than the countach.
Forgot to add, who can bring what for the BBQ?
I'll go and get some chips like dorito's or something, Mutaku is hopefully going to bring his BBQ...

I've done quite a bit to it, currently collecting everything I need to build the 3.1 Stroker engine for it.
In the meantime i'm just leaving what's currently in the car alone as it's already close to dieing haha. So i'll be picking up another L28 from a 280Z and rebuilding it stock other then some custom work done by myself to have a good daily driver while I build the 3.1.
A stock 150 horsepower 280Z L28 engine in an early S30 240Z with a 3.90 R200 rear end and 77-78 5 speed trans makes it capable of low to mid 14's in the quarter mile which is fine with me while I build the stroker
The stroker should be capable of 200-350 horsepower depending on how radical I want to go with the camshaft and head porting... So far I just want to run at the maximum valve lift limit that I can run before having to further modify the valvetrain to handle the higher .500 + valve lift. Lot's of money and time to get that dialed in correctly which I don't really feel like doing anytime soon...
So, triple sidedraft weber 45 DCOE carbs, something like a .495 lift 233 duration cam, some custom head porting and titanium valvetrain components are the major end result in the building of the 3.1 Stroker. Other than going from 79mm stroke to 83mm stroke, boring the cylinders out from 86mm to 89mm and shaving the pistons to clear the deck. I'll of course do extensive engine work myself more for reliabilty than more power... Those are my own secrets though of course
Should hopefully put it in the 250-280 horsepower/torque range which is more than enough for my Z.
Cool, i'll bring some folding chairs from my house and some tables as well to use so everyone can have somewhere to sit and eat comfortably rather than stand like last time haha.
