DYI turbo rebuild vs. Pro shop turbo rebuild

i have a 323 GTX with a blown turbo. i have a replacement turbo from a different car which bolts up but the center cartridge need to be rotated for the lines to line up. i have a rebuild kit for it already. it just needs to be disassembled and reassembled in the right direction.

should i do it myself or should i send it out? i dont know any places to take it to though.

i'm in the SF bay area. i'd prefer a local place to get the car going ASAP.

thanks all.

do it for the experience..and if your iffy about the whole thing do your research/homework first see if there's a manuel on rebuilding these things and go from there.. this way you cant go wrong. im sure that there is one online somewhere.
