Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this, but its kinda FD related, so i`d give it a try. My beer infected brain says its logical

I was going through lotsa old papers i found in the service manual map that came with the car. There, i found the name of the previous owner of my now norwegian based 93 FD.

Im looking for a guy named
Billy Poveda from Tarzana, California.
cali plates on the FD was 3pcb715. Silver 1993 touring FD with a mazda reman engine.

Anybody know this guy? Just wanted to say hi in case he is here, or anybody know him
Your old FD is being treated well and living(well, rebuilding it now), getting full engine mods, is repainted and getting full underbody paint and treatment now

Ps. 8 dollar fine for no front licence plate?

Here in norway, the ticket is 300$ for that offence

 

Used google and found a guy with the same name, CEO of a company in Beverly Hills, CA. 19 miles away from Tarzana. Could be him, because FD's were pretty expensive at the time they were sold.
