what if there is not fine and they just make you go to the reff?

forget what people say, it s all depend on the ref you go to.it seem like they make up their own rules as they feel fits. lets me give you an example. I change everything back to stock to pass the emission test and I did. he fail me anyway saying it s because my vacuum line was blue instead of being black. there for it s modified. I gave up and pay the fine. according to the ref I got color vacuum line is illegal, intercooler is illegal, even the freaking apex turbo timer with the air/ fuel ratio is illegal. good luck.
