Yes but a good agent can get MLS listings that have not came out yet. Like I said Im old fashiooned. I buy undervalued property and hold. Foreclosures flips and REO's are nice but common most poeple don't know the business that well, have contractors, in tight with construction companies, lawers, bird dogs exc.
