Any opinions on a shop: R&R rotary in Upland, California
Just curious? Are they a new outfit? They are really close to my home so it may save me a trip to RRand Reliability in Santa Ana. Thanks....

The best place around is Rotary power Gardena. Honest & reliable which unfortunatly does not go hand & hand here in California. Jeff knows what works. And can guide you into the right direction. Also Norman at sidepex is an honest guy and a good person to deal with we used to race in Hacienda Heights together in the 80's. Started with a turbo toyota and ended up into rotaries LOL he's a good guy and is trust worthy. I think he is located in Temple City. Best of luck to you.

I'm not sure what the deal is with R&R, but last I heard they were in Glendora, NOT Upland. Also, the motor in my car was built by them (Steve's dad, the "Wolf"), and it's got about 25k miles on it with a lot of abuse...

Awesome, thanks for that bit of info DrifterX. I'm trying to find a shop near by to give it a diagnostic on my car. It's running rich/lean and it needs a good tune up anyways. I troubleshot it as best as I could, but I must humble myself and take it to a shop.
Can I just drive up to the shop and walk in or do I need to make an appointment?
