*stolen Black 240sx Silvia Front End Sf*

My 240sx with silvia front end was stolen last night in the richmond district near my house in SF. It's black and is missing the front corner lights with racing hart rim and yellow foglights. Also had a CF hood and K emblems on the side and Nismo exhaust.

If anybody sees it around please PM me or send me an email erika@lmsport.net

Thanks

I've had about 8 or so stripped cars end up next to my house and one even right out in front in the 13 years I've lived where I do. All but one were Acuras. The one exception was a 2nd gen RX-7 and unfortunately nothing was left on it that I could use
I live next door to Stern Grove on the Avenues side.

Hate to tell you what you probably already know, but that car is already in a million pieces and will not be recovered in a salvagable condition. If it ends up by my house, I'll be sure to let you know

Sorry for your loss, I'll keep an eye out here in San Jose. What kind of security did you have on the car?

Is this Erika up from north bay? Its Kevin. I helped you and John work on that car, but that was ages ago. So sad to see it was stolen.

When I was in SF, my car was stolen and dumped in the middle of Golden Gate Park.

I'm sorry to hear about your car. Does anyone know any of the local chop shops? That would be the first place I'd look. I do hope that you can get at least some of the car back.

Hi Kevin! How are ya? Long time no see! Sorry to hear about your car - sounds like mine is doomed for the same fate.... I drove around most of the day yesterday but to no avail. My guess is they are still busy pulling **** off it. Someone's gonna make some mad dough off those parts.

Thanks everyone for the support

At least the FD is safe...

Erika, keep your eyes out on craigslist, zilvia.net, norcal240, ebay, etc.. for your parts. I'm sure someone is going to sell them.

Or maybe keep a lookout in case some dumb kids post pictures of their cars with *NEW* parts they just got for their cars.

A lot of the parts on the car were old school stuff from Japan that aren't really used anymore ...

I am wondering if I should just keep searching for the parts for sale or if I should actually post a big *** thread w/ pics of everything weird that was in the car warning ppl to keep an eye out for them....

What do you guys think?

sadly, "silvias" are the new hondas up here now. I've had mine for almost 4 years but the front clips and SR's are common now. The parts that are NOT are the omori gauges, apexi front mount IC w/ oldschool piping that crosses in front of the IC, large front mount oil cooler, s15 brakes and nismo exhaust, to name a few... (not that any of that means anything here ) but those would be the items that would stick out.

That sucks man. Sorry to hear it.

Did you have an alarm/kill switch etc?

Do you think it was towed or did you hear it drive off?

Erika did you ever get Silvia fenders or were there still 240 fenders on it? I'll make sure I keep a look out for your ride.

I remember working on that car when the driver seat was broken! That was damn funny to have a box or bucket behind the seat to keep it straight!!

I'm really sorry to hear it Erika. You had that car wayyyy before 240s became cliche. Just when I had my old white TII before the whole Initial D crap exploded here.

I have some Omori gauges but I'm darn sure they didn't come from your car.

Any suspicious cars that you saw before the it was stolen? How about know anyone that knows your car and where you live? Many times its people we'd least suspect. People who know us, know how to break into the car, know whats on the car, and usually own a 240sx also.

- Kevin
