***SAD NEWS*** Dave (Guitarjunkie28) passed away today 1/30/07****
OK as some of you know Dave (guitarjunkie28) was working with Tony and I (Fris) at our shop Lucky 7 Racing. We were working together as one shop. Lately Dave had been in and out of the hospital because of personal reasons. Today 1/30/07 I got a call from his mother telling me Dave had been killed in a car accident on his way to the shop this morning and died at about 9:30am.
All i know so far from his family is that he was driving his FD down the San Bernardino mountains where his parents live. He was involved in a head on collision with a woman in another car. He died, she is in critical condition.
I need help finding out who Dave was in the middle of doing business with so that we can return the stuff to the owners. I know he was working on a silver RX8 (cosmo swap), silver FD, Blue t2, and red RHD FD. Please if you know these owners contact me.
Here at the shop he will be missed by us. I still cant believe this happened

HOLY CRAP man....that's horrible. Damn...... My condolences go out to his family. Does anybody know if his partents are setting up a fund at a local bank or anything? If so, please let us know in case anybody wants to donate anything. He will be missed greatly by those in the west.

Yeah that explains the private investigator that called me this morning i called him around 9 am
i called Fris and thats when i got the news, i still cant believe this . I wish i would of spent more time with him .but its Dave and if theres anything he will want people to know is that he is not in pain anymore.
I will miss you bro and i will finish the engine in memory of you. Bro no matter what i know you are somewhere happy with the PIMP KANE

dammit....Dave seemed like such a great character, I'm so sad to here about this unforseen situation. My condolences, btw, Lil red, this is Ulysses (guy with the black FD that needed the ECU). I'm so sorry i haven't had time to get back to your shop, i explained everything to Dave. I have the ECU still, but i am not using it because i found out my car actually is non cali, i'll be returning it to you, along with a donation for Dave's family as soon as possible. Once again, express our condlences to his family. RIP

RIP..... We need to have remeberance GTG/ fundraiser. I assume there will be medical / burial bills we could help out on. Damn I just saw him when I got my tranny, Rest in rotor heaven bro......

I never knew Dave personally but it is completely sad to hear about his passing.From the feedbacks that I've read here on this forum, he was a very stand up person and helped out many members.
