So what's up with that 13B header? Pricing? Availability? Will you be making a similar one but with a joined end instead of dual outlets?

wow, that TB is what I have been waiting for ever since I looked at a stock mazda throttle body. That seems like such a better design. What are the manufacturing costs of the part, btw? I'm not going to bitch about the price, but i am curious how much you sank into development of it.

Good job guys, A+ for design, I want to see how well it works soon, please do some dyno testing with it, ok?

According to the other thread in this forum, it is the same price as the T2 TB. For you in the Caymans, $420 shipped.

Hello everyone....working hard right now to introduce more parts for my new website.Just making everyone anxious i bet for pricing, but i won't disappoint.I Guarantee my prices will be
affordable with the best in quality metals and production.

IT takes a lot of time and investment to produce a piece like that. The tooling,The quality Material, the time to design and not to mention the machines to make this piece the fixtures. It seems so easy to do but there is much research even to put it together.

Here is a rough cut Billet Motor mount for Rx3,Going into finishing stages right now.
This motor mount will include the slot to be used for 12A and 13B.No more cutting, just slide the 13B in to the slot.

out of curiosity what are the tensile strength of the titanium studs?

Also I notice the TII TB is for S5, the S4 has the OMP linkage where the TPS sits. I know the S4 can use this but will need to disable omp.

The Titanium engine studs have a strength of 130,000psi,Around a rockwell hardness of C36.The
Nice thing about These studs is that they won't corrode plus the advantage of weight savings.
R-W made the titanium studs because of the property values of the metal, plus we have the machine tooling
to cut Titanium and the process to do it right.

The Turbo 2 TB was design with out the other accessories, yes you may have to disable the linkage to the OMP.It was difficult to keep the OMP linkage because the use of the newer TPS
conversion.I had no way around it so i made it without. Most people who run modified systems
either pre mix with better oils or slight modifed the OMP to stay open at a certain rate.

are you doing any hardening of the rotor journals like oem? Just out of curiosity, what are the advantages of the R-W crank other than weight savings?

I have an FD and I love the looks of the TB!! The main reason I would get one is 95% appearance. The other 5% would be performance. What I have not seen is some reviews on how well this performs either HP, or idle. How does this TB compare to the Feed TB?

My car is a street car so it can not negatively impact my driveability.

The one i made is for the Rx3,IT has a slight offset about a few millimeters toward the driversdie(looking at engine from front).I think the angle on the monts for the Rx2 is a little more than an RX3.I don't have an Rx2 motor mount with me to make the quick measurements.

more stuff on the works......That's why i named my new parts R-W LOL.

Here is what i needed all the time....an exhaust sleeve but this is TITANIUM!!!
More larger surface to volume so you don't have to port for hours. Also this design will
eliminate the smog holes so there is no more welding!!!,And yes these Are CNC CUT.Just slip on and
go on your way.Still working on the design a bit,i have a better version coming soon.

Titanium experimental oil caps....these are design with all the details of the Rotor.

Here are more products, V-Mount kit for FC.

We completely re-designed the kit, made a brand new Radiator (3 rows, 4 passes). Our brackets are totally designed from ground up. Not just holding the intercooler, radiator, but also the oil cooler, and a new enforcement stainless bar that bolts to the front on the frame.

Our V-mount kit will include the intercooler, radiator, brackets, piping kit, silicon hoses and t-clamps. Complete kit price will be around $1100 to 1200. we will also offer new oil cooler (bolt on) and Radiator Fan Shroud kit for a little bit extra. Products will be available in about 5 to 6 weeks.

FD V-Mount is being worked on, will have product soon. FMIC kit is also in works...

Here is a preview of the kit, we will post fully installed pictures… keep checking in…
