Guys this is not the place to start a new GB interest list. It will simply confuse everyone. I have been adding anyone who's expressed interest to a list I have saved. Project D1 you're actually #31 on the list not #1 lol. I will be sending PMs to everyone on the interest list once this group buy is over.

PS sorry we haven't responded in a few days, as I'm sure you can understand it was a holiday weekend.

you still have all your fingers intact so you can continue working on these right? no debilitating hospital visits?

Yeah he's good Just needs a week grace period to get caught up as stated below

Obviously we are behind schedule.

First off, these things are taking a hell of a lot longer than expected to produce. Why? Well because they are 100% hand made, and I am the only person making them. Each set requires me to produce 6 LED units, and each LED unit requires me to hand cut sheet aluminum, assemble everything thing, sleeve/heatshrink/solder wires and add connectors, mount LED units, modify rear housings, etc. etc. etc. Initially I expected the lights to take approximately 4 hours to produce, but in reality it is taking closer to 8 PER SET, not even counting the time it takes waiting for adhesives & paints to dry.

This is why I sgaid up front that the schedule would be subject to chane.

I want to assure everything that the tails are getting produced as fast as possible while still maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.

As you all can see from the photos/videos of completed sets from the first people on the list, the lights are worth the wait and you will not be disappointed.

Because of the holdup, I am going to have to add a 1-week gap in the schedule to give me time to catch up.

IF YOU HAVE NOT SHIPPED YOUR LIGHTS YET, PLEASE DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT BY ONE WEEK

Thanks everyone for understanding. If anyone has any issues or concerns please CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.

Thanks guys, and once again I am working as fast as possible! I won't let you down!

Hey Theorie

Just wanted to let you know that before you posted the comment that Scrub quoted, I already had the lights shipped and was arranged to be drop off to you tomorrow (the 7th).

Didn't know you were behind or else I would've held it. Thanks anyways.

Stay tuned for the updated schedule. I will probably just PM everyone instead of using e-mail since some people didn't get the lasts email I sent out.

Edit: not sure what the hell happened with the spacing, but I can't look through all this code to fix it...everyone on the first group is listed Also added anyone who requested to be added to the next GB list, including PM's I've received.

Yeah I read up to "add yourself to the interest *list*", guess I should have kept going.

I'd like to express interest then and be added to whatever list is being kept

The list is being held in safe place I'll add your name to it though. I don't want to add confusion to this thread.

You kidding? No way. Just received my tracking info and should have them by early next week. Can't wait. Thanks Tom and Dan for coordinating this and creating such a unique product and taillight alternative for our community.

BTW, toyzzzz sent me an email indicating that his set was #7, so a few other sets have been produced that have thrown the numbering off slightly. It will be interesting to see what number I end up with when my set arrives. Sorry, you'll need to poll others on the list to see who ended up with set #6. I'm guessing it may have been HalfSpec.
