FFE Fuel Rails

We're very excited to announce our new line of fuel rails to the rotary community. These are designed to fit the more compact Injector Dynamics fuel injectors and ultimately provide a compact, easy-to-install, and high quality solution for those upgrading their fuel systems.

The 13B primary is the first done, but we will be filling out the lineup soon. The FD and FC secondary rails are prototyped and will hopefully go into production within two weeks. Cosmo RE will be designed shortly after.

Details:
CNC 6061 T6 aluminum
14mm injector bore for use with 48mm injector
Tapped for -6 o-ring fitting
Anodized finish in black or blue standard finish (custom colors and hard anodizing available)
Centered spacers for perfect fitment
High quality SS hardware

Retail price will be $115 for the primaries.

More to come soon!

Thanks!
-FFE

Here are a couple teaser pics of the primaries:

I have a 6 port turbo. And i am currently running one of your timing wheels which really works well. Are you going to make the fuel rails for 6 port engines also?

These look fantastic, i like the quality and design of the spacers and the compactness of the rail itself.

Will be getting a Primary and Secondary for my RE Cosmo motor, cant wait.

Very well done.

The Primary rails will work.. yes. No plans for a NA secondary rail at this point since most 6 port guys are NA and can get away with two ID1000's in the primaries..

More than likely the FD secondaries will be in production this week, with the FC the following week!

You should consider a group buy. Another vendor is doing so and it looks like your pieces might be much nicer!

It should clear a GZ manifold without issue. We have one on the way to check clearances and also for the 4 injector secondary rail. Also, because of the compact nature of these rails there is a possibility of the secondary rail clearing the stock ACV. We should know within the next day or so...

A group-buy is under consideration. First we need to get the secondary rails finished and work out pricing so keep an eye out.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Would it fit other brand of injectors also? Would be interested in a group buy, depending on pricing

They are designed to fit a 14mm o-ring and 48mm length injector. So it would depend on the dimensions of the other brands injector. For 60mm injectors, we could possibly make an extra spacer or longer spacers to account for the additional length if there was enough interest.

Progress has been slow . Our machinist had a major job come through that put ours on the back burner unfortunately. So we'll have to wait it out a bit as we really like this machinist and has been a big help in keeping the prices attractive.

Here's some eye candy to hold you guys off for a bit:

Newly designed 13B-RE secondary, prototype on its way for fitment..

Awesome! Definitely in for these! Did you manage to determine fitment of your current primary rails on the -RE motor?
